SSC CGL 2014 Exam style and Syllabus

SSC CGL examination is taken every year by SSC. For appearing in this SSC CGL examination basic qualification required is that candidate must be Graduated in any stream. Every year huge numbers of candidates appear for CGL examination and only some candidates get success as this examination is not that much easy as compared to other examination. This examination is organized in three tiers Tier-1, Tier-2 and Tier-3.

Many numbers of candidates go for coaching for preparation of SSC CGL examination. Reason is that candidate must have done enough practice to solve questions in easy way and in fast way. Those candidates who can’t go in coaching institution they all can also clear SSC CGL examination. For that they must have basic and conceptual knowledge of each and every topic as well as they must be aware of Syllabus of examination and paper pattern. Examination Name: SSC CGL 2014

Eligibility: All Graduate candidates as per notification

As examination is organized in two Tiers:

Tier 1: In this paper there will be four sections as per below

  • Total Marks: 200
  • Time: 2 Hours
  • Total time given to PH candidates: 2 Hours and 40 minutes

Tier 2: In this Tier three papers will be asked

Those candidates who will qualify above both Tier examination will be called for Tier 3 examination which will be Interview.

NOTE: Negative marking system is also there, so don’t bluff and if you are sure enough then only tick answers

NOTE: There is no section vise cut off needed, so tick maximum answers of those section in which you are powerful
